Hi All,

I am going to install oracle 10.2.0.3 on suse linux 10. The RAM of the server is 32GB.

Can anybody please suggest me the optimal value of the below kernal parameters:

kernel.shmmal
kernel.shmmax
kernel.sem
net.ipv4.ip_local_port_range
net.core.rmem_default
net.core.rmem_max
net.core.wmem_default
net.core.wmem_max
net.ipv4.tcp_wmem
net.ipv4.tcp_rmem

If anyother parameter required that i missed then please confirm.

If there is any document available for setting up the value of kernel parameter then please provide me the link.

Thanks
