Hi I am new to Oracle.So please bear with me.I am trying to create a menu for a form, that will include the smartbar.I am not able to do so.
Could you please shed light on this.

In the menu item property, there should be some kind of "Visible in Horizontal Toolbar" option. Try setting it to yes and see if your form displayed with menu and toolbar buttons.
