I am attempting to use 8i Lite with JDeveloper. By following the instructions in the JDeveloper readme, I was able to install the drivers and even get them to connect successfuly with "Test" in the Connection Manager dialog, but, whenever I attempt to create a business object with this connection, it fails to appear in the drop-down list for selecting one!
Also, I created a connection using the JDBC-ODBC bridge, which also tested successfully, but, guess what, it also doesn't appear in the drop-down list.
Other JDBC drivers seem to work, but not anything which can connect to 8i lite.
Help?
