Which tool is the best one to make a database web application in no time and with good performance ??
if the site is based on java applets is this affect the loading of the site and if it's based on java script and html is it more quick?
I heard about a tool called forms2java that convert oracle forms to java application ? does any body use it ? is it a good tool to use instead of using coldfusion,jdeveloper,webdb....etc?
