i am new to the plsql tunning.
any one help in tunning the
attached procedure....?

You post 160+ line of your procedure.

1. No TKPROF.
2. No db structure (indexes, tables, etc.).
3. No hard data.

So what do you expect?

which have you tried & what were the results

You have table & provided us no DDL for it.
You have data & provided us no DML for test data.
