Hi dears,

we have one production database server oracle 10gr2 10.2.0.3. its working fine.but sometime remote users facing performance issue saying system is very slow and when i check the status of database some wait is showing on enterprise manager but its for short time means 2-5 mint.
please help me to investigate the issue.

i want to know and get idea when reading the awr report . now when i am studying it face very problems and don't get any tuning informatation.
