Hi experts out there,

I need some advices on installing Oracle 9i and Oracle 10 g client on a single PC.

What are the things I should take not of for the installation?

Nothing special but do not install in the same directory.
I advice you to install first the oldest version.

However, I do have some doubts regarding the matter.
FYI, I had seen posts from other forums mentioning about setting the environment variables for each version installed.
Is there a need to do so. If this is so, how should I go about it?

some key environmental variables are ORACLE_SID, ORACLE_HOME, PATH
