Hi ,
I am new to this topic,
I wanted to know whether is there any utility which can
1. Create table from xml /xsd file.
2. insert records into the newly created table, through the given xml file.

You have to explain in more details what you have and want to do.
Maybe you should give a test case we can test and show you how to do it.
Also post your Oracle version, with 4 decimals.
