Hi there,
We need to send out a PDF file with a signature. When the file is generated with Oracle Reports the default restrictions applied to the file are: Document Assembly, Signing and Creation of Template Pages.
I have found the following information where they compare Oracle 11g vs Oracle 10g.

This page appears to indicate that there is no security available under Oracle 10g. Given the default settings listed above, I would assume there must be some configuration file doing this or is this just the PDF standard?
I have looked through the report configuration files on the server but found nothing to help.
