Dear All,
I have installed Oracle Database Vault on oracle database 10.2.0.3. After installing it, SYS user password is not accepting. It says, insufficient privileges
Please let me know, which user is having super-user rights?

Dear Michel,
While connecting through SYS, getting below error. But able to connect through SYSTEM
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.3.0 - Production on Mon May 13 11:59:55 2013

ERROR:
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
Enter user-name: system
Enter password:
Connected to:
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - Production
With the Partitioning, Oracle Label Security, OLAP, Data Mining
and Oracle Database Vault options
I don't know how to run the command "alter user " as all the rights are seized.
Require your guidance...
