Hi I am new to HRMS. I am trying to add HRMS responsibility for my app user Below are mandatory fields. what values should be entered in these fields.

What are the values to be chosen from lists.

Responsibility Name
Responsibility Key
Data group.

Any document link with adding HR responsibility example is of great help.

Please elaborate.
Are you creating a responsibility? (Or) Are you adding responsibility to a user?
As the fields which you have mentioned above are in responsibility screen, which creating a new responsibility.

Check it again.
Post the screenshot.
