There seems to be an underground script developed called planx.sql claiming to be lightweight, not sure based on what metrics. I never heard of it officially, just saw few people with their take on this subject, an example here http://carlos-sierra.net/2013/10/09/yasts-yet-another-sql-tuning-script-planx-sql/

@OP, could you elaborate what exactly you are trying to do.

Yes, I suspected this was this on (which is no more available on the web, afaik) but I preferred to ask OP instead of guessing.

Yes, I couldn't find anything else related to the subject on web. I found it via linkedin as Carlos shared it.

And regarding OP telling us about it, I wonder if he even cares to feedback, based on his previous posts. So, I posted what I found.
