Oracle Reports 11g Login Cookie Error REP-52285 [message #636019]

We are allowing a login to the reports runtime by a call in the browser URL link to the report. The user logs in using their active directory credentials.

Seeing this error
REP-52285: The user name or subscriber name cannot be found in Logon Server cookie.
Cause: User is not logged on to Logon Server.
Action: Log on to Logon Server.

Level: 1

Type: ERROR

Impact: Other

Oracle's documentation has the above info.

Can anyone please suggest a resolution or possible causes?
