I want to use reports default parameter form in my application but how?

please advise.

When calling the report, try to use the PARAMFORM=YES; it specifies whether to display the Runtime Parameter Form when you execute a report. Have a look at Reports' Help, it is described there.

I am already using paramform=yes but the form shows not in attract full like shows in forms6i.

Consider creating your own parameter form (using Forms Builder). You'll probably need two underlying master-detail tables: one that contains information about the report itself (master), and another one which contains parameters (detail) related to those reports.
