For replication purpose, where should i set Global_names=TRUE? In the OMS console interface or set in the init.ora file? I have add Global_names=TRUE in init.ora file, but when i change Global_names=FALSE in interface. i check in init.ora file, global_names is still TRUE? There is no linking between interface and ini.ora file? Thanks for help!!

You do need to set GLOBAL_NAMES=TRUE in the init.ora. Here is an example of replication related init.ora parameters:
