no_navigable items in destination block [message #80726]

Block1 has 4 items, at least one of them(eg.item1) has navigation.enable and
navigable both set to true. However, when I use go_block('block1'), an error
is generated: 'FRM-40106: No enterable items in destination block.'. And I
checked the property at run-time using get_block_property and
get_item_property. I got strange results. Block1.enterable is 'FALSE', Both
enable and navigable were changed to 'FALSE' as well for item1. This item is
not re-set by run-time procedure, eg. set_item_property. How could this
happen? Is there any other property which impact the 'NAVIGATION'?

I think the visible, enabled, and navigable are the three properties that need to be set to true.
