Hello

In stalled Oracle 9i and Oracle DS 9i in XP professional laptop on different home directories. Then I started Form Builder and connected to TESTDB using SCOTT/Tiger and created a form and trying to run the form. But got "FRM-10142: The HTTP Listener is not running on DG0CDB21 at port 2030.Please start the listener or check your runtime preferences." error. Please will any help me on this problem.

be sure that all services are running
run the forms runtime services (see startmenu)

just start oc4j instance
