Check two things.

1. JDBC driver. classes12.zip. get the latest release 2 from oracle.
2. Input object array size must less than 4075. (4000 is the size I use).

Good luck.

I have this problem with 9.2.0.2 and JDBC 9.2.0.2.
When I have changed a type of column from DATE to
TIMESTAMP(0) WITH TIME ZONE
it always gives me this error on execQuery.
