batch fetch have some limit? why my rows 600 is right ,but rows is 700,the memory'content is anarchy?

my code in other machine (aix5 + oracle9i) is ok,but
in one machine(aix5+oracle9i too) ,when batch fetch ,the rows upper 700 , fetch into structure ,the memory 's content anarchy! why?
