BALANCE DETAILS NOT SHOWING IN CREDIT NOTE TRANSACTION

Hi,

I have created a credit note entry. Completed the transaction and posted to GL. When I checked the transaction details in receivables it shows no details in balance. I can see the line item details. I found that due date field is blank. What could be the reason for entry not displaying in balance. Kindly reply.

the transaction type used for credit note is checked for 'Open Receivables'.

All other transactions having the same transaction type showing balance correctly.

Pls help

Dear Sir,

I am new in this field. Can you please tell me how to give the debit, credit and balance field in report. If you have account statement report send me so that i can get some idea.
