Hi Suvendu,
Oracle Financials product family has many products but you can start with
1) General Ledger
2) Receivables
3) Payables
4) Asset Management.

Go to any job site like www.monster.com and search for oracle financial jobs. Most of the time job postings give detailed information about what they are looking for. You will get an idea about what to write in an resume. I am assuming you want to enter in oracle financials so better get formal training from some institution to understand this better.
