I have installed oracle Forms on Windows-NT Server 4.0.
I am getting following error when i am adding new service through Net 8 Easy Config...
If You have any solutions please mail me asap..

ORA-12224: TNS:no listener

There may be an error in the fields entered
or the server may not be ready for a connection.
You can check the server and retry, or continue.

You might get better results if you posted in the correct section--i.e: Windows NT

Which version of Oracle forms and Oracle db you are using? Sometimes you need SQLNET with older version of Oracle forms.
Is your Listener Process Running?
