when i install oracle10g on my newly installed RedHat Linux FedraCore3, it always says: Cannot convert string "-b&h-lucida-medium-r-normal-sans-*-140-*-*-p-*-iso8859-1" to type FontStruct.

Can anyone tell me what does the warning mean? Can it be fixed?
Before installing oracle10g on linux , which things to prepare?
