I WANT TO INSTALL ORACLE SERVER ON UNIX SERVER THEN
WHAT SHOULD BE THE MINIMUM HARDWARE REQUIREMENT TO CONFIGURE ORACLE ON UNIX SERVER.

Don't shout! It depends on the version of Oracle and the flavour/version of Unix (SCO, AIX, ...) . Look at the installation guide, it's in there.
