I want to build one page in HTML DB that can be used to edit values in multiple tables.

How can I build one single interface that will allow a person to edit any type of data? For example, in one table we may want to edit "NAME" which would be a VARCHAR. In another table we want to edit "PHONE_NUM" which would be a number.

Since we have about 35 tables with up to 300 values, we have a strong desire to make this dynamic.
