Signal 11 error in Reports 6i. [message #130550]

Hi,

Im getting "Program terminated by signal 11" error in the log file,when I run a matrix report in Oracle Apps.
I can see partial output in the output file.

I set main frame's [SIZE=2Print Object On [/SIZE]property as 'First Page'.
When i change this property to 'All Pages',the error is not coming.But the output contains only first page output.other pages are not coming.Plz help.

I have attached my .rdf file with the message.
