upgrade 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 [message #147658]

Hai
We currently 11.5.9 on Linux ES3 O/S.We started to upgrade it to 11.5.10 (314000).When i run the Technology Validation Utility as applmgr user the report says to upgrade the cilient library version into 8.1.7.4 (2376472) currently our cilient library version is 8.1.7.0.

I dont know how to apply the following patch 2376472.

My question is:
1.Through which user i have to install this patch?
2.How apply the post installation of this patch?

If any one upgraded from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 already.I need the upgrade document.Any help greatly appreciated.
Herewith i attached the tecnology stack validation utility report.
I eagarly waiting for reply's.
