Sorry to take so long to reply. I hope that this is still relevant to you.
MD050 and MD070 are documents from AIM, which is Oracle's Application Implementation Method. MD050 is the Functional Design Document for customisations, i.e. it describes the customisation from a funtional perspective, what it does for the user, how the user sees it, etc. MD070 is the Technical Design Document for customisations, i.e. it describes the customisation from a technical perspective, what tables it uses and the program logic, etc.
I am not familiar with the 2BE document, although I will take a guess that it describes the system or process, not as it is now, but as it is to be (2BE) in the future.
