Can anybody tell me what are dunning reports & what is its usage?

Hi,

I don't have time today to open the manual (Receivables User Guide), but you might want to do so yourself, in order to obtain a clearer understanding. All of the manuals can be found online here.

Off the top of my head, I would guess that the Dunning Report will list the history of Dunning Letters sent to customers regarding invoices that are past their due date. It could be used in the Debt Collection process.

Hi,

Dunning Letters are set of letters which is send to customers to remind them about their past dues. It is a set of letters based on the time,situation and amount due,range of amount it is send to customers. But again if you want to get into the topic you can always refer the User Guidance or look into metalink.
