Hi Guys,

I created a periodic alert with action set to "Summary" and action details set to "Message". When i run that alert, i get " The message is truncated as it is greater than 64K".

My Alert output is greater than 64K. What should i do if i want to send the alert output which is greater than 64K.

Help Appreciated.

Hi amankhan,

As of now, Oracle alert supports only upto 64K size. The only option now is to reduce your message below 64K.
