generate report DIRECTLY into EXCEL sheet [message #195143]

hi everyone
is there any possibility to generate a report into EXCEL sheet DIRECTLY
without using the menu
file --> generate to file --> delimited
then convert the text file into excel !!!

i need a DIRECT way to generate an EXCEL file

Yes

Set Destype=File
Desname= filename (e.g. c:\test.xls)
Desformat=Delimited

You can create a procedure and use "DDE.POKE". (Search for more examples in form builder help.)
