Hi. The browser is giving me this error:

404 Not Found
OracleJSP: java.io.FileNotFoundException:

Set the init-param debug_mode to "true" to see the complete exception message.



How/where can i change that debug mode?
What file is missing? I just created a simple jsp, and i'm sure the browser is finding the report. It's something else, i just don't know what.
