hello, sorry for my English I am French.
I must install a client ORACLE 9.2 in Windows XP which is in Active directory. Are I would like to know which the rights minimum GPO to grant to be able to install and use ORACLE 9?

Oracle 9i client?
Nothing. A regular user without any special rights can do it.
