Hi,

I've created a new report in Oracle Applications and have done the below steps:

1. Created the Parameter P_CONC_REQUEST_ID.
2. Created the User_Exits...
(i). In Before Report Trigger:SRW.USER_EXIT('FND SRWEXIT');
(ii). In After Report Trigger: SRW.USER_EXIT('FND SRWINIT');
3. Placed the report in the Custom Top in /reports/US directory.
4. Created the Executable
5. Created the Concurrent Program.
6. Assigned the Concurrent Program to the Request Group.

Then i ran the report, it has errored out giving the below error.

"Routine FDPREP cannot read the file /oracle/clnbug01/app/appl/xxca_riew/11.5.0/reports/US/XXCA_GRN_CNT.rep."

Normally, i hope it has to check for the .rdf file but i'm not sure why it has given an error as if it is checking for an .rep file.

Request you to help me out in resolving this issue.

THANKS IN ADVANCE...

YOUR HELP IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED...

Many Thanks,
Kesav

Hi Ashu,

I've even converted the rdf and have placed it in the corresponding top.

But i just have a very quick question. I'm very much aware that the Concurrent request checks for the Executable which is an rdf file, but why is it checking for an .rep file in my case???

Do i need to change anything which creating the report.

Any idea??

Thanks,
Kesava
