Hi
i'm using oracle application server 10.1.2
i use the command RWCLIENT to run reports to file (DESTYPE=FILE). i need to know if there is an error occured when running the report.
i used the parameter ERRFILE but when the report runs successfully it also creates the error file containing the message (ERRFILE has been deprecated). i don't want the error file to be created when the report runs successfully.
i tried to use the parameter TRACEFILE but it's not supported for RWCLIENT
I also tried to redirect the command output to a file, but no file is created because i have to run reports in background.
any help will be appreciated.
