Cnnot Locate the Font File [message #242972]

Hi All
When I run the Report 10g it's give me the problem
Cannot locate The Font File 'arial.ttf'
Can any bpdy help me?

Install the "arial.ttf" font?

Seriously - do you have it? Can you check that? It is there by default, but - if you installed a software which, for example, uses its own Arial font and uninstalled it (software, I mean), perhaps its uninstaller removed the Arial font but didn't restore the "original" one.

Oh sorry.
but i found the arial.ttf font under folder windows /font
Is this you mean?

So you do have it, after all!

Yes, this is what I meant ... but, what I do not understand is WHY it can not be located if it is here. Obviously, there's something about reports I don't know.

One more thing: where do you run the report? Is it from a Report Builder installed on your PC, or do you run it over the network using an internet browser? If the report is located on a server, check whether there's Arial.ttf on the server as well (not only on your PC).
