hi....
I'm a new member in this forum and I hope from the forum members to help me to solve this problem.
after i install the oracle 10g release II in windows vista (business version) and i want to access enterprice manager this problem appear(the enterprise open but the status is pending with this problem

Welcome to ORAFAQ!!!!!

Now goto cmd
and type these commanads

cmd>emctl stop dbconsole
CMD>emctl start dbconsole

Then post the result of CMD>emctl start dbconsole This command.

i Guess it is the Problem With your Timezone.

Thanks DreamzZ but i check before the timezone and the problem not from the time zone.
i solve this problem in other computer but when i want to solve this problem on anthor computer this problem not solve i check all the things that i do it before but without any benefit.

Did you restart your console service?
post all errors which you get while starting.

Thanks for everything
the solution of the problem as you say from the time zone and after i set the time zone i don't restore the service of dbconsole so the problem not solve but after i restore the service the problem was solve.
