can we add a calendar to the runtime parameter form in oracle reports?If yes,then how?If no,then what is the solution?

I *think* that you can't do that in Reports Builder.

But, you might create a FORM which would be used as a parameter form and attach the calendar to the form (date) item and, afterwards, pass those values to the report as parameters.
