i want to setup a front-end GUI for my oracle9i database, so other non-dba users can input information into it. the oracle database is currently installed on a win2k3 server.
What front-end user GUI programs can i use? and how can i make it work with oracle database?
i welcome any suggestions you can give.

You may want to consider making something of your own with Application Express.
