Why are you trying to register something in Apps if you don't have a support contract? I'm afraid I can't help. Please remember that these documents are propriety of Oracle Corporation and protected by copyright.

Okay, I see. But still, that's to much to explain on a forum. Don't worry about it. Remember it can be done and once someone asks you to do it, follow the steps described on Metalink.
