i NEED YOU HELP ..PLEASE.
I HAVE A WORKBOOK WHIT CALCULATIONS , FOR EXAMPLE:
CUSTOMER TOTAL ITEM CALCULATOR
JHON HALL 1000.00 120.00
PHIL COLLEN 100.00 0.00
STEVE CLARK 399.00 100.00
THE CALCULATIONS ARE FAST, BUT ADDING A CONDITION THE WOORKBOOK IS SLOW.
THE CONDITION IS :
'WHERE ITEM CALCULATOR <> 0', THE QUESTION IS:
HOW CAN I IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE REPORT?

(are you aware of the fact that writing in capitals on a forum means that you're shouting?)
We will need more information on the tables, num rows, indexes involved. And preferably an explain plan for both versions (with and without the condition). Then we might be able to help.
