Hi ,
I have a requirement where i have to pass 3 parameters viz.Region, state and county in report out of which Region is mandatory and other 2 are optional parameters. So the region parameter will always have some value. But the logic is

1 )if user passes the optional county parameter the report shld always dispaly the county data as it is at the lowest level even if state parameter is null.
2)if user passes the state parameter and county is null then it shld disply the state data
3)and if no optional parameter is passed then region data will be displayed as it is mandatory.

so the order of parameters is - starting frm lowest level of county parameter then state then region.

I want to know how can this be implemented in discoverer 10G.The user would be using discoverer viewer for all the reports.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
