Hi,
I'm new in Oracle world and at service we using Oracle Discover (Plus,Desktop and Administrator) to build different reports for our collegues.
We want to automate the processes so our collegues to access Viewer and run some reports.
But also the date for theese reports needs to be updated every month (at the beginning of every month we need to insert data to tables from the previous month).
Is the possible that when a user access Discover viewer a DML procedure/function with some parameters to be run before building the report?
One option is that we (the administrators) to run this procedure/function every month before the user access Discover reports, but I want that this to be done automaticaly.
How I can do this? Or what solutions to my problem?
