"Graph" as a "chart"? There are at least 3 topics with the same subject on the first page of the Reports forum.

Did you read the OraFAQ Forum Guide, especially section named "How to get a quick answer to your question"?

Besides, what kind of a question is this? This is not a school; ask a question about the specific problem you have - don't expect someone to hold your mouse and keyboard and act as if he/she was the Power Point presentation. Manuals were written in order for people to read them.

i have written about what error i m geting.

REP-0075 :Error occured when running the callled oracle developer component .
ORA-00000 : normal,sucessful completion
OG-01603: unable to create pl\sql development environment context

i have always written my code or error and then ask about my problem.
