From the report output
I need Group wise Deptno and Summary means on a Singele Page I need Deptno 10 and Summary of Deptno 10 only as it is then on next page. Page 2 Deptno 20 and Summary of Deptno 20 and as on remember it must be on 2 queryes It's an example by which i have done my work thanks in Advance.

Please, ask someone to help you writing messages prior to posting them. Punctuation exists - use it! Here you've written several lines of text, but I have no idea what you are saying. Where's the end of a sentence? Where does the new one start? It is readable, but not understandable.

I ran your report - its output IS on a single page. I *guess* you'd like to display:
- department 10 employees and department 10 summary on the first page
- department 20 employees and department 20 summary on the second page
etc.

Is that your idea? If not, then what is it?

Let's assume my guess was correct. In that case
- create a data link between two 'deptno' columns (one in the 'G_DEPTNO' group and one in the 'G_DEPTNO1' group)
- use the Report Wizard to create a new layout
- open the 'R_G_DEPTNO' repeating frame's property inspector and set "Maximum Records per Page" to 1
- run the report

Sorry, won't do. I explained in details what has to be done; I tested it and it works correctly. Follow the guidelines and do it yourself.
