"End of report" comes at first page [message #283989]

hello sir,

"End of report" comes at first page.
while updating to it's property- print object on "last page".

but it come on first page.

tell me how will i do

Perhaps it was an "one-page report" so the first page was also the last page.

Did you try to move "End of report" into the trailer report section?

If nothing helps, you can always rename "End of report" to "Beginning of report" (just kidding!).

Could you create a sample report based on Scott's schema? If so, attach it to your next message and someone will take a look.

Dear,
Might your report is printing only One full page here but it is possible to have more than one page rows as records of your report.For now try to adjust it by making waste spaces between the text feilds covered..
And if you are sure about your report will be always in one page format than you can put your Text "***End of Report***" to the Report triler section and not in the margin main section.

this is not a single page report, there's 2-3 pages but it shows on first page.

thought i made "end of report" to be print object on last page.

now tell me what should i do more to get it at last page.

Dear Ishika,

What in this PDF i guess the Label you have written is somewhere touched the lines of your main Body where all the data is printing.
One way to check it out is to fill the color to this label or feild and check out with the out put if it so then try to detract the same from there.

Also chaeck with the preprty of that label it should be print on last page only.

Dear Ishika,
Please try to reduce the size of the Main Body
1. There are three options are there Header,Margine and trailer on Page Layout and not on Object navigator
2.Go to the Margine Page Setup. and choose the size for your page Ex. A4. It wil draw a dashed line for the page you have selected.
3. Make sure the Label ***End of Report*** should be inside the Body and should not go beyond that.
4.Make the Filds for that Label and Surrounding feilds property Expansion Vertically Variable.
