how can i install oracle 9i in Fedora core 6???
I am novice in linux. So a non-brief explanation and command sequences would help me better.

Google is your friend only if you use it.
http://www.google.fr/search?hl=fr&q=oracle+fedora&meta=
First link I get: "Oracle Database 10g release 1 (10.1.0.2) installation on Fedora".
Maybe you should try it and see if there is something that fit your request.

Michel
