I want to print the page numer in run time-Oracle Reports 6i randomly.

Is there any option to print the page number during run-time.

Hi,

RUN TIME Means i dont get.. but you can put a page number in reports...

go INSERT MENU ->
Insert Page Number

What do you have in mind, really? Where's the purpose of randomly numbering report pages? So that people who read these reports get confused?

hi to all,

u can show the page number in runtime based on previous form way or u can call the page number in one field, it will show the page no and also u can show the page no based on the frames as per below

field --> field property --> page numbering property --> select the reset at frames, section, report.... and also u can specify the start at and increment by ...... check it

Its easy. Go to Insert menu, Choose Page Number.
You have two options, Choose the option most suitable for you.
